The accredited Kinesiology Taping Course (MTC-1) is an introduction to the techniques of neuromuscular taping. A number of common pathologies and conditions seen by physiotherapists, sports trainers, other healthcare professionals and medical staff are covered. The emphasis of the course is on the rehabilitation of sports injuries.

What will you learn during the taping course
You will learn the essentials of kinesiology taping over the two-day course. Day 1 covers the development and history of taping, material principles, effects, techniques, and properties. Treatment tape properties, indications, contraindications, and guidelines will be explored. Practical sessions focus on lower extremity issues like instability, trauma, overuse injuries, pain, and swelling. Techniques for the lower leg, ankle, knee, and upper leg/hip, including case studies, will be covered. Day 2 delves into upper body, lower back, thoracic spine, neck, and shoulder issues. Techniques for the shoulder, elbow, and course completion with evaluation and certification are included.
