How to use the celullite cupping set?

Step 1:

Remove air from the inside of the cup by holding the cup with both hands using both your thumbs to compress the cup by pushing the top of the cup down.

Step 2:

Apply the compressed cup to the targeted skin area and release to create a vacuum/suction.

Step 3:

Leave cup(s) on the target area for 3-5 minutes, you may also move the cup side to side or rotate it in circular motion.

Step 4:

Lift or compress the cup in order to remove.

These silicone cups are often used to treat cellulite during cupping therapy. Due to the shape of the cups you can glide and hold the cups well, you can use more or less pressure by pressing less or more on the cup and the shape of the cup remains round, which allows you to treat a well-shaped area. With a cupping massage, the subcutaneous waste substances that cause the well-known orange-peel (cellulite) skin can be loosened and discharged by the lymph system. The circulation and production of collagen is stimulated, which can cause the skin to look healthier and tighter. With the help of the FASCIQ® cellulite cups you can treat the appearance of cellulite. Additionally, the various sizes can be used for different parts of the body. Cupping therapy can feel irritating at first, so make sure that you gently build up the cupping massage and use a good oil to let the anti-cellulite cups glide over the skin. For this you can use the FASCIQ® fascia cream for gliding the cups, while the FASCIQ® fascia wax can provide more grip.

How can I place an order?

1. Click on the “Shop by Brand” or “Shop by Category” tab.

2. Click on the ‘category’ you wish to search.

3. Select ‘add to cart’ once for each item required. For items with colour variations click ‘select options’ or select the image of the product and enter the amount of each colour of item you would like to order.

4. To check the order or make amendments hover over the blue shopping bag in the header (upper right corner) and click ‘view cart’. If required delete mistakenly ordered items. To add further items click the ‘shop’ tab and continue creating the order.

5. Finally check the order by selecting ‘view cart’ by hovering over the shopping bag in the upper right corner.

6. Click the button ‘proceed to checkout’ if you have checked the cart and would like to order the items in it.

7. If you already have an account, you can login with your existing account. If you do not have an account yet you could choose to register or to proceed as a guest. If you register you do not have to fill in all of your personal information for your next order.

8. Enter all required information on the checkout page. Choose your preferred payment method, enter the details and click ‘place order’.

9. You will receive an email confirming the order and its order number.

10. When using Bank Transfer you can deposit the payment for the order into our account mentioned in the order confirmation referencing the order number.

Return Policy

What is the return period?

Our return policy is 30 days after product purchase. If you return your goods within 30 days we can offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

What are the return conditions?

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

Do you replace products?

Do I have to pay return costs?

Unless otherwise agreed, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

How can I return a product?

If you want to return, or exchange an item send us an email to [email protected] include a brief description with the reason of returning the product, the original order number and a photo/video if applicable. Wait for a reply (within 5 working days) before sending your item to us. To complete your return, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase and LOT/Batch number from the packaging (where applicable). How does the shipping of the return work?

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for an exchanged or replacement product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Sometimes postage goes missing. THYSOL Australia’s responsibility ceases once we have deposited your products with the postage contractor. We highly recommend when checking out with your order online that you consider; signature on delivery/loss or damage insurance. If items don’t arrive at the end destination we will lodge a dispute query with the freight carrier. In out experience even in favourable cases a reimbursement of up to $50 may be possible therefore insurance should always be considered.

When will I receive the refund?

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email. We will confirm the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed (to the bank details you have provided to us) via direct credit to your Bank account, within approximately 10 working days.

If you think you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank or Paypal account. Then contact your card company, it may take some time before a refund is officially posted to your account. Great grip for the set of 4

I have the set of 4 silicone cups for over 4 years, and I recently bought another set as mine unfortunately went missing. My most recently purchased set has a slight different shape to the old ones allowing me a better grip to glide through the body, which I was so happy about it. The website still displays the more rounded shaped cups, I wish I had both sets with me right now to take a photo showing the difference. When they are brand new they are a bit more difficult to compress to get suction on but they work beautifully, the more you use softer they will get to manage them. I highly recommend the set to use on big guys, large areas such back, lower back, itb, I prefer to use them gliding through then leaving them in, for that I use the normal acrylic chinese cups.
