What do you learn during the workshop?

The IASTM section of the course focuses on instructing participants on the safe and effective use of Instrumented Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilisation (IASTM or Graston) tools. The instructor demonstrates the tools’ application in treating the fascia, emphasising proper technique.

The Flossing & Cupping part of the course is designed to showcase the safe and effective utilisation of silicone cupping sets and floss bands for fascia treatment. Cupping involves using silicone cups to create suction and lift the skin and fascial layers, while flossing employs elasticated floss bands to compress tissues in the joints and surrounding areas.

We have enjoyed working with various fascia techniques for many years. However, this course provides a huge addition to our existing treatments. In particular the new IASTM treatment method. It is a great asset.
